Nearing the End

Please excuse my absence from the BLOG but we’ve been very busy with our move, remodel and keeping up with client projects.

We did move into the “Laboratory”/”new” home about two weeks ago and we’ve been busy trying to downsize in some areas (bedrooms and garage), and increased size in our kitchen and bathrooms. I will be putting together a together soon about what I’ve learned about downsizing and the process involved in deciding which decorative items to keep.

Tomorrow our contractor should finish up two of our major items, the staining and painting of our front door and the back splash in our kitchen and guest bathroom. After that we only have a few small items left on our punch list and then it will be time to send all of our little worker elves on their way. I will go into high speed completing window treatments and ordering area rugs.
