Tile Selections

We’ve finished up our tile selections for our “Laboratory” (new home).  This involved so many decisions when doing a couple of bathrooms and a kitchen.   Reminder, this is a small home as my husband and I are downsizing but with that said, we made a total of 14 decisions on tile.  Phew!!!!!  I’m truly feeling my clients pain when remodeling an entire home.  Below are a couple of our selections.

A few of our tile selections. I’m really in LOVE with the save pattern which will be on the back wall of our guest shower.

The square tone-on-tone pattern will make a mosaic design behind our cook top. The oblong inset brown and beige tile will be used on the back splash of our guest bathroom. The square beige and brown glass tile will be used in the master shower as an inset border (eye level).

I’ve decided to keep all of the tiles and counter tops in a neutral tone because I know that I will want to make frequent changes in color in my “laboratory”.  It’s much easier to make changes in drapery, upholstery, accessories and much less expensive.

I can’t wait to see all of this come together.  We are praying the final permits come through today!
