After visiting our “new” home yesterday for our weekly building inspection, I came up with my new name for the house, “My Laboratory”. I think it’s perfect as it has given me a place to try out many of my ideas, learn about some new building procedures, and just generally mix it all up and see what happens in the end. Fun times for any designer!
Upon pulling into the house yesterday it was apparent that most of the new windows had been put into place. None of the them had been finished but at least we were off to a good start. Below I’m going to show you how a couple of our front room windows looked when we purchased the house, and what they look like now.
There were two small windows, where there is now one large window.
Two small windows have now been closed up and one large window was put in the middle.
