The Rustic Industrial trend is hear to stay, thanks in part to the very fun and creative Chip and Joanna of HGTV’s popular show, Fixer Upper. Channeling an industrial past, the furniture and decor features worn woods, rough surfaces and natural elements mixed with metal. Imagine metal poles for bookshelves, coffee tables made from old pieces of barn wood wood, and large metal wheels on pieces of furniture.
We’ve just received new salvaged wood options that we now using to frame in existing mirrors that have been previously glued to the wall (see example pictures below). This is an extremely affordable updating option instead of ripping a mirror off of the wall which requires dry wall patching, new paint and then an entirely new mirror.
Here is a Before and After shot to enjoy. . .
We would love to stop by and measure your mirror for an instant quote. Simply give us a call at (619) 985-4561 or drop us an email at susan@susansutherlindesigns.com.
