Susan Sutherlin Designs does not guarantee or collect money on behalf of any other persons or companies, including contractors and construction companies. Susan Sutherlin Designs does not supervise any on site demolition, construction, or responsibilities of a general contractor or subcontractor. Susan Sutherlin Designs does not assume any responsibility for the design or modification of the design of any structural, heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical, ventilation or other mechanical systems installed or to be installed at the project. Susan Sutherlin Designs merely furnishes materials or supplies, in full compliance with Section 7045 of the California Business and Professions Code, without fabricating them into, or consuming them in the performance of the work of the general building contractor.
